Quotations are a tremendous distillation of wisdom. Jot down those that are meaningful to you on a Post-It or index card and put them someplace where you'll see them regularly, such as the side of the refrigerator or on a mirror. They can give you encouragement or inspiration just when you need it. I've identified tha author of the quotes whenever possible.
